    • Learn about natural birth practices, physiological birth, pain coping techniques, and how to advocate for yourself in both home and hospital settings.

    • Clear, unbiased information about hospital procedures, interventions, and informed consent so you can make empowered decisions — no matter where or how you birth.
  • Custom Birth and Postpartum Plan Support
    • We'll co-create a flexible, values-aligned birth and postpartum plan that reflects your wishes and prepares you for various birth settings.
  • Mind-Body Practices & Natural Remedies
    • Suggestions for herbs, teas, movement, and mindfulness techniques to support your changing body and emotional landscape.
  • Partner Preparation & Education
    • Sessions available to help your birth partner feel confident, prepared, and grounded in their support role.
  • On-Call Support (Beginning at 37 Weeks)
    • Reach out anytime — day or night — when labor begins or if you need reassurance as your due time approaches.
  • Text & Email Support Throughout Pregnancy
    • Ask questions, share updates, or simply check in — I’m here to walk beside you.
  • Emotional Processing & Story Sharing
    • Safe space to explore fears, past birth experiences, or emotional blocks — without judgment.
  • Continuous labor support during birth
  • Postpartum Support
    • Postpartum weekly check-in visits up till 6 weeks postpartum.
    • Emotional debrief of your birth story.
    • Nourishment tips and gentle body recovery guidance.
  • Birth Attendance (+$350)
    • Compassionate presence and holistic support throughout your labor and birth. Physical comfort measures (massage, movement, breath coaching). Advocacy and communication support with medical staff if birthing in a hospital. Creating a calming and grounded birth environment.
